We are more than simply studying a book to pass a test, as our broad-based learning environment encourages our students to engage in lively discussions, pose industry scenario questions, and learn from not only our dynamic instructors, but also from their peers.
We strive to remain on the cusp of this ever-changing industry through our commitment to continued learning in both policy and practice. Our school offers a wide variety of courses which help new and experienced agents better understand and navigate real estate in their daily practice. Our instructors have many years of experience in specialized areas of a variety of real estate topics and offer real-world experience to their classrooms.
Anna Janda is the Director of the Real Estate Success Institute. Anna began her real estate career in 2004 after earning her NJ Salesperson License. In 2007, Anna furthered her career by obtaining a NJ Broker Associate License. Throughout the years, she has earned the following certifications and designations: Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI), NAR's Green Designation (GREEN), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), and At Home With Diversity (AHWD).

REALTOR® Code of Ethics Training
This course covers the REALTOR Code of Ethics of the National Association of REALTORS in its entirety. Students will learn about the Preamble to the Code, the 17 Articles of the Code and their respective Standards of Practice, as well as the Pathways to Professionalism.
