Reviews all New Jersey REALTORS® Circle of Excellence Award® applications for compliance with the rules and regulations of the awards program.

Reviews written ethics complaints and arbitration requests to determine if they meet the requirements to be forwarded for a hearing as outlined in the REALTOR® Code of Ethics and Arbitration Manual. (Must have minimum three years REALTOR® experience and complete training)

Monitors municipal and county government policies and actions affecting real estate in Burlington, Camden and Ocean Counties. Encourages member involvement when needed.

Works to foster an intentional mindset of inclusion by creating a welcoming environment across the Association's initiatives. This includes developing education, programs, and events to facilitate an understanding of diversity, inclusion, and fair housing topics. The group will also identify ways to broaden diversity of leadership.

Explore and build global business opportunities and relationships for association members and residential practitioners - through educational events, communications, and networking. The committee will gather resources to create opportunities for international real estate affiliate practitioners and coordinate with NAR Global to offer Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation courses.

Provides meaningful programs to enhance the quality of life in the area. Selects, plans, and implements community service projects such as collections for food, pantries, and school supplies. Holds fundraisers for various charities including REALTORS® Care Day.

Develops and implements annual plan to meet or exceed NEXUS’ annual RPAC fundraising goals as set by New Jersey REALTORS®.

Provides an opportunity for young-at-heart and newer real estate professionals to enhance their careers via networking, education, and community service. It helps to identify and develop future leadership within our Association. Plans and executes a mix of events ranging from networking and educational programs to community outreach. (Open to members of all ages and experience levels)
