Lead Paint Remediation & Inspection with the Department of Community Affairs

Join us to learn the ins and out of the new lead paint remediation and inspection law which goes into effect on July 22. The new law requires lead paint inspection and remediation for residential one- and two-family rental properties upon tenant turnover or by July 24, 2024 if there is no tenant turnover. The inspection requirements may vary depending on the community and the new law is not currently tied to time-of-sale requirements.
